Usually my day starts with the newspaper in hand. And i always wonder at the amount of news placed in a single newspaper: national, international, business and whatever news is needed to fill it.

These days the intensity of disturbing news has increased a lot and also the news of better ways to end the world to end fast:-
* Regular bomb blasts since the past few weeks in major Indian cities accompanied by photographs filled with blood, scattered dead bodies, scenes of pain and agony of family members etc;
* Communal clashes where innocent people turn into scapegoats in the play of wicked mind games for political gains;
* Israel's secret meetings with USA to bomb Iran in their next round of global showdown;
* Venezuelan Prez Chavez calling the US Prez an ******* in public for the hundredth time and challenging to thwart the US unnecessary mindless aggressions;
* Ganguly is a big news these days when he is way past his retirement age and still media is trying to fill a lost hope into an empty brain. Don't know why when young talent is waiting in hope to fill a pricey place?;
* Political showdowns and battle of words, disloyal party leaders changing parties as fast as changing clothes and still expecting the citizens to vote only to keep them in power so that they get to eat more than what they couldn't manage last time;
* Real estate prices rising abnormally with paper presentations in the form of full page advertisements depicting colourful future homes;
* The latest global financial crisis where big banks in the financial world which had billions of dollars of funds and millions of accounts under management have been wiped out of the map overnight...

Is the world really heading to a crisis state?

An understanding of the happenings from a common man's perspective:

1. The world is more chaotic now than it was a decade back although this chaos can be sorted out if the heads of the most governments can put aside their egos and work towards a common goal for the betterment of the world. Happening of which is next to impossible I believe.

2. Previously most countries were shielded by most of the man made eventualities but did shared natural calamities. As the world is economized now, which means when dependency of one country with other countries is growing in terms of sharing commodities or investments to meet the growing demands of the rising population, which only implies that the effect of economic crisis is going to have an impact on each other.

3. The Earth is heating up due to increasing green house gases emitted by several countries in a race to stay ahead of everyone, forgetting that they are in the process of digging graves for everyone on this planet. Sooner or later, the world is going to witness this spectacular event when it will roll out of man's control, even if gods [for those who believe] take their stand to save this planet. Ozone layer is losing its cover everyday. Ice across the polar regions is drifting apart in tranches, thereby indicating the intensity of the coming reality of a Water World.

4. News from the USA: The current bailout plan worked out by the US government may work only for a short term, to douse the fire for the moment but the coming fires may catch up soon and may even engulf much more into it. The simple reason to reject the bailout was this: Big banks in their quest to make profits ventured into unchartered waters and have drowned the whole system with it and the government is trying to rescue these banks instead which is the main question of the US Tax payers. Not checking the system with unwanted/unnecessary cooking taking place since long time has resulted in such a great turmoil that everyone is facing the brunt of the disaster. Barack Obama is more knowledgeable in terms of administration and ruling compared to the war veteran John McCain who would only follow Mr.Bush's footsteps. If America is to survive the current disaster from further future shocks then making the right move would save itself from a self-brink to extinction. Those who've lost the jobs are all highly paid, highly qualified people who can survive if not in one sector maybe in another sector if they can adjust to compromise few things in life, that is what i believe in. Considering 80/20 principle, still billions of people are leading their lives. Only the highly paid are crying hard because all of a sudden they are finding their offices on the road side, nonexistent in the first place. I am not making a mockery of anyone, this is reality. To ME the majority matters. So, work towards a better world. All the best.

5. Terrorism is not going to end till the world exists. This is for sure. There is no standard definition available, any rebel may be called a terrorist in simple. Today the world is facing a much bigger problem because of few lunatics and few religious fanatics. It is more dangerous to let these people live and play with others lives and in turn the whole world just like that. Instead, governments should work together to weed out these dangerous criminals who are not letting the vast majority of people live a peaceful life.

6. Last, if Hindu gods like Shiva-Vishnu-Brahma, Christian god Jesus Christ, Muslim god Allah and the many different gods in existence really exist then i would say, the whole world has turned into the current situation only because of these invisible guys who've been watching everyone become whatever. A teacher is supposed to teach their students the right path but also should take things in control to not to allow few dangerous people play with others lives including their own for no reason. Why the heck are guiding forces for? If someone wages a holy war in the name of Allah then why the hell does Allah allow someone play with his name? Isn't it a copyright violation? If some Hindu fanatic group plays with the lives of Christians and Muslims openly then why the hell does all-are-equal and everyone-is-same crop up so often? Why do things don't get into those shit heads who need to understand in the first place? Finding an answer is really tough.

Thank DOG, i am not at all into this mess. I am doing my part as a human being, helping out in my own way, writing my own rules of life rather than trying to live someone's life. My intention is to help make this world a better place to live in.

I only hope for the best to happen. If not, be ready to face any surprises which can take life out of life.

For WORLD PEACE...FOR HUMANITY...FOR LIFE

That's a very nice way of putting together the anguish in every common man's heart in black and white... hope and let it provoke right thoughts in right people... and may everyone do their own role in being part of the "change"

the photo that you have used,
depicting the cloudy, yet bright sky.

Was it representing love?
I was trying to figure out the inner meaning..After investing a lot of time I could find a man and woman kissing(it is not clear though).
or was it just a photo which u have used to represent nature as a whole choosing sky as one of its element.

The beauty of a photograph is that it is interpreted in hundred different ways depending upon the perception of the viewer. In this case my thoughts which made me choose this photograph to depict the related article are different to what someone interprets and which doesnt have to be the same as what i think.

Before clicking this photograph, i could see a face in the clouds with eyes and all the others parts [thats what i imagined at that time] in the setting sun but by the time i started clicking it turned out different and the result is different altogether in fact.

To cut everything short, yes i wanted to show the vastness of the sky with clouds hovering....nature in every sense.

Thanks for your insights and interest Mr.Sandeep. I hope you have also visited my photoblog which will make you think more as each photograph is tagged with a name of its own. Check out: http://imagenthoughts.blogspot.com

thanks once again
