Success has three essential ingredients: a dream, the will and the dedication. In this competitive edge of globalization where countries co-exist without boundaries, a service driven organization can make a real difference only when it keep renewing itself anticipating change. If one desires a change, one must be that change before that change can take place. Dreams come true only when the flight of mind is not bound to anything, a flight that can't be intimidated or hijacked. The will to do will always work wonders if one has the zeal to achieve. Dedication towards work will determine the best, the unimaginable - conquered. The flight of mind can do all that. Yet if everyone's flight of mind starts acting independently then things may go haywire. So everyone has to work like a cog in the wheel simultaneously so that each person's flight of mind adds to the heights reached by the organization.
